Agreement and scope
The quote and written confirmation define purpose, deliverables, schedule, price, usage rights and options.
Client responsibilities
The client supplies the brief, materials, approvals, access and permissions on time.
Participants and data
The client ensures the necessary information, legal basis and consent for participants.
Price and payment
Prices exclude VAT. External costs are charged as agreed. Payment is due within 14 days.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Completed work, external orders and lost production time may be charged.
Safety and drone
Production and drone work are subject to safety, weather, airspace and permissions.
Review and changes
The agreed review rounds are included. A changed brief or extra versions are charged separately.
Delivery and archive
Files are delivered as agreed. The client stores final files. Permanent archiving is not included.
Raw files
Raw footage and project files are excluded unless stated in the agreement.
Copyright and usage
Grønne Dale retains copyright. The agreed usage right begins after full payment.
Third-party rights
Music, fonts and stock remain subject to their specific licence terms.
Portfolio
Published work may be shown in the portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Liability is limited to the affected fee unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
Danish law applies and the specific project agreement takes precedence.
